 While in New Orleans, Barbara, Cyndy & I had the joy of visiting one of our dearest friends, Marie (Honey) Pemberton. A few of our other friends - Chris & Kim Giveans, Doug Potter, Cynthia Huntley, Ron & Phyllis Skinner – met us there & we had a joyous time of singing & worshiping God. Honey played the piano, Doug played the bass & we all joined in singing some of our favorite worship songs. We had a blessed time singing psalms, hymns & spiritual songs. The powerful worship we shared together is such a rare commodity these days in the church. What a great time in the Lord it was!
